As of about a week ago the bulk of the Starlink satellites have reached their final orbit. To help the astronomical community assess the impact of a full Starlink constellation, I would like to formally request visual magnitude estimates of Starlink payloads  (EXCLUDING the debris objects 44295-44298, BN to BR) for dates after June 20.  Mainly looking for their steady brightness but also interested in comments on any flaring behaviour.    - Jonathan McDowell, Center for Astrophysics
