Starlink satellite inspection?

Hi all,

It appears that in July this year one Starlink satellite (from the May
batch) was maneuvered from its operational orbit at 550km to inspect
one of the other Starlink satellites that was moved to a lower orbit
(350km) shortly after launch. For about 3 days in July their
separation was less than 40km, with the closest approach being at 80m
distance. This suggests some sort of inspection of one satellite by
the other.
