The following appeared at the end of last week....

200820Z NOV 20
BARENTS SEA.
RUSSIA.
DNC 22.
1. HAZARDOUS OPERATIONS, ROCKET LAUNCHING
0200Z TO 0330Z DAILY 24 AND 25 NOV
IN AREA BOUND BY
75-25-00N 056-30-00E, 76-10-00N 059-30-00E,
76-01-00N 060-04-00E, 75-22-23N 057-02-45E.
2. CANCEL THIS MSG 250430Z NOV 20.

It sits in the middle of missile ops which start this evening , 500 
hundred miles to the west .....

Both are interesting . The  missile ops have been on going a couple of 
weeks attracting  the attention , we think , of the UK based U2 platform 
, but the rocket launch windows are of 90 minute duration on two 
consevutive mornings.

I don't think this is Nudol related , however it remains to be seen what 
, if anything  is launched.
