To keep you up to date (and in case anyone was wondering since seesat-l
had been down for a short while) - from Florida Toady:

Oct. 23: Air Force Titan 4A on mission A-18 with a classified National
         Reconnaissance Office payload using no upper stage from Space
         Launch Complex-4 East at Vandenberg Air Force Base,Calif., during
         a launch period of 8 p.m. to 12 a.m. EDT (0000-0400 GMT).
