Foton Soyuz r decay update

Though I'd hoped for something more recent, the latest elset from OIG
for this decaying object...

shows it running 0.5 second early with respect to the SatEvo evolution I
posted yesterday.
A new evolution ("9053") leads to decay at about October 31.3
(uncertainty still 12h or so) and provides the following predicted
