I believe Rob Matson, after his corrections to the SDP4 in SkyMap, tested
a geosynch elset several months old, and found excellent accuracy (improvement)

And that Ron Lee observed some high-eccentricity objects with the same
good results. 

I hope they will reply, when they are not overloaded with work, otherwise
it should be possible to find their postings in the archives.
