After visiting the OIG web site and tring to get elements for ATEX, the
following was given.

I was expecting it to say that. Just like the tips satellite, norad won't
supply elements for it, even though they must be tracking it. I just love
how norad will supply elements for russian military satellite's but when it
comes to US military satellite's,there is no way they will give out the
elements for them. Now that they have let us see what the Lacrosse
satellite looks like, why don't they give the elements for it.
