Actually may be a Molniya (98054 A, #25485) Observed at 0344UT. Range about 8796 km, Skymap phase angle of 129.3. Magnitude about 9.5. Observed with 8" telescope Basically steady. Possible minor fluctuations in brightness but nothing definite. Ron Lee
