Decay watch: Molniya r (#25486)

Using the above elset, I observed #25486 passing through my target
stars at 01:17:53.4 UT on 9 Oct 98. Predicted time was 01:17:52.2 UT.
Considering my watch and timing uncertainties, it was basically on time
and on track.
Based On Ed's obs last night, I continued watching it. Minor fluctuations
soon became visible with it more obvious as it moved north. Several
timings put the period that I observed at about 2.2 seconds. I may have
missed intermediate changes that Ed noticed.

I used binoculars but it should have been visible to the naked eye.
