3 cases of 35 degree retrogade orbits
1. Several USAF satellites in the OV series, launched piggyback
  on ICBM launches from Vandenburg to western pacific
2. Israeli satellites ( launching east is a bit risky!)
3. A pegasus launch for the Spain, from a point near the Canary Islands
   ( a launch over african coast not advisable?).
   The upper stage of that launch has got a bit of the ashes of T. Leary
    and G. Roddenbury and a few others attached
