At 09:15 Oct. 18 UT, ETS 7 (25424 1997-74E　Orihime+Hikoboshi) flew by
overhead at +3 steady, flared up -1 mag. twice; both at about 70 deg. elevation
in the west and east. The each flare was about two seconds.
