Very nice one-power flashes from both Iridiums 11 and 14!
Location: 21st Street & Speedway, 30.386 N, 97.739 W, 150 m.
Iridium 14 (97-30A, 24836): four sets of three flashes each, some
a lot brighter than Jupiter; period is about five seconds; times
UTC plus or minus about one second:
01:15:03, 01:15:08, 01:15:13
01:16:14, 01:16:19, 01:16:24
01:17:15, 01:17:20, 01:17:25
01:17:52, 01:17:57, 01:18:02
Iridium 11 (97-30G, 24842): three groups of flashes, one of the
last group probably at least -6; period about five or six seconds
(?); UTC times plus or minute about one second:
01:55:55, 01:56:00, 01:56:10
01:57:51, 01:57:57, 01:58:03
01:58:57, 01:59:03, 01:59:08, 01:59:15
Iridflar predicted -8 (GSOC -6) flare from Iridium 16 was somewhat
obscured by a patch of broken stratocirrocumulus (?) clouds but
was probably about that bright.
Have fun everyone at Eurosom 3!!
