They did the same thing about 4 years ago. It had an inflatable frame
and lasted a few orbits. I saw it on the second orbit after release and
it was tumblimg. I estimated mag -7 to -8.5 About the same as a monster
iridium flare. This one will probably be brighter since it is bigger.
They may not be kidding when they say full moon (-12). I can't remember
the name of the last one, my report was published in S&T.
