I have updated my Decay Watch page at
http://www.wingar.demon.co.uk/satevo/dkwatch/
with the final decay notices for #15076, the Raduga 15 aux motor.
I think decay is most likely to have occurred near a southbound equator
crossing over the Indian Ocean at October 4 00:50 UTC +-1h. SpaceCom put
it one orbit earlier at October 3 23:28 UTC +-18m, further east but also
over the Indian Ocean.
My computed orbit for the final rev is
Raduga 15 aux motor 0.74 159 x 102 km
1 15076U 84063E 99277.00089932 1.18254358 10956+2 46519-3 0 94064
2 15076 46.5293 254.1059 0043843 309.4570 50.1560 16.53217369219929
