Superbird A Obs

In PPAS format:
89- 14 A 99-10-08 03:44:23.6 JDG 241.6 0.3  21 11.50  4.0->inv

The flash window for Superbird A seems to be about 90 seconds later every 
night.

There was an extra flash that I observed that was very close to Superbird A.  
It occurred at 03:40:37.3 UTC, 8 October and was within 0.5 deg of Superbird A
