RA and DEC in format shown below data and J2000 epoch.

I used a recent (today?) elset from Alan's Select.tle file then ran
SATEVO to get a current elset for the observations.  That is the elset
shown above.  Satellite was 45 seconds early and in the 10.5 - 11th 
magnitude range at the first obs point. Satellite was tumbling.
