I have just posted today's 2nd update to my Decay Watch page at
      http://www.wingar.demon.co.uk/satevo/dkwatch/

The decay of #24832, the Cosmos 2344 aux motor, has slipped a little to
Nov 2 01:15 +-14h by my latest estimate.

On the other hand, the decay of #25953, Resurs F-1 M debris E, has
shifted one orbit earlier to Oct 31 05:38 +-3h. I predict decay for a
northbound pass over E Africa. The final elset...

Resurs F-1 M deb E 104 x 100 km
1 25953U 99054E 99304.23329014 2.23827555 50000+2 42442-3 0 90387
2 25953 82.3048 159.5349 0002658 255.3551 104.6155 16.64382705 5317

... is for an equator crossing over Tanzania, just before my decay point
over the N of that country near 8.5 deg N, 37.1 deg E. If it continues
in orbit, it would pass close to Jiddah, Saudi Arabia, at 05:41 UTC and
northwards towards E Turkey (05:45) and Russia. It may yet survive into
the next orbit which might carry it across E Europe from the SE corner
of Italy (~07:12) to Warsaw, Poland, at 07:15 and Helsinki, Finland, at
07:15.
