    Report time 19:00 UTC

    2000-059C (#26556) Proton Platform

Wa are still waiting for SPACECOM's FINAL REPORT. Their last prediction - the
2 HOURS BEFORE DECAY message prepared October 2, 09:11 UTC - shows the decay on
                         2 October, 10:57 UTC +/- 01 hours (31.2°S, 144.7°E)
on a northbound pass over New South Wales (Australia)

As Alan mentioned in his report there is some inconsistency within the ELSETs.
    For MPM + REENTRY I have used 00226.353... and 00226.39806368 :
                         2 October, 11:03 UTC +/- 22 minutes (02.81°S, 168.69°E)
on the same pass over the Pacific after crossing SE Australia.
