Raduga 29 (93-13A, 22557)
observation with 10x50 binoculars
While waiting for the flashes of DSP 16 I noticed a new star
of mag 6 at RA 00h12m Decl -11.8 deg, which hadn't been there
a minute earlier. It didn't move and didn't change in brightness.
After about ten seconds it disappeared within one second. I timed
the disappearance as 2000 Oct 06 22:21:58 UTC.
At 22:21:53 UTC Raduga 29 was at RA 00h11.7m Decl -11.76
close to the observed position.
