    Report time 13:45 UTC

    1998-068B (#25347) Delta 2 RB (1)
    SPACECOM's FINAL REPORT - prepared 0Ctober 7, 05:31 UTC - shows the decay on
                     7 October, 04:56 UTC +/- 15 minutes (11.6°N, 288.4°E)
on a southbound pass over the Golfe de Venezuela. There was a chance for a
    visibility from Maracaibo.
MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 00281.116... - 00281.176... the decay
    on 7 October, 04:52.5 UTC +/- 07 minutes (16.94°N, 275.47°E)
on the same pass over the Caribean Sea.

BTW: I am still working on the other decayer 1997-086D (#25129) a Proton DM
upper stage. SPACECOM shows a 04:49 UTC reentry. But I have real problems
to reproduce this time. My reliable program delivers the decay much earlier.
