ISS/STS observed again

         I was surprised with a -4 degree sun angle.  Vega was visible and ISS/STS was "glowing" at
    near -1.0 as it sailed by on a zenith pass from SW to NE,  23:44 to 23:46 visible from around 40 elevation
    rising and setting for almost two minutes.
