    mike & jim,
    ref 21147 91017A
I noticed a "big time shift" from the 290 elset to
the 297 in skymap, but then after mike sent me the 297 I
was able to line up my 3 splits with Lac2 being only
~:01s late on 28 oct 00302, but that would seem not to
jive with jim's comment of 29 oct 00303 ?? unless he was referring
to the 290 or earlier elset ?? I noted to mike
in private that I had lost my initial reference pt at
the beginning of my obs on 28 oct & before I
had either the 290 or 297 elsets, but then I seemed
to find it AOK with mike's 297 elset. exactly when &
why is this ~ 1 minute shift ?? I could be in error with
my 3 from 28 oct, although all 3 seemed to fit the stars
I recall as well as the consistent time error at each pt.
