SPACECOM'S 2 HOURS BEFORE DECAY message - prepared Oct 30, 11:12 UTC - shows the
decay on 30 October, 12:08 UTC +/- 01 hours (44.2°S, 205.6°E)
on a descending pass over the Pacific.
MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 00303.938... - 00304.403... the decay on
30 October, 12:16 UTC +/- 22 minutes (65.89°S, 263.85°E)
on the southern apex over the South Pacific.
BTW: This object was difficult to predict also for SPACECOM...
