Using 10x50 binoculars, I just saw the ISS pass over (19:30 - 19:33 UT) with
another object flying with it at around magnitude +4.

    Earlier:

    Iridium 76 (#25432) flared as per Heavens-Above at 20:01:10 BST (19:01:10
    UT) October 8th. Magnitude -3.

50-60 seconds later there was an even brighter (approx. mag. -5) flare.
