    The first obs is from the "Phantom Surface",
    the second from the solar panel (only the segment
    where half period flashes were observed).

    In PPAS format:
    89-041 A 01-10-19 02:51:12.15JDG1228.4 0.4  54 22.75  +2.0->inv
    89-041 A 01-10-19 03:28:32.78JDG 420.9 0.4  37 11.38  -1.0->inv

    Phase shift was at approx. 03:25:30 UTC, 19 October

    There were some flashes observed between the 2 sets
    of obs but no more than 2 or 3 consecutive. With
    more aperature and a darker sky there are probably
    more flashes to be seen.

    The solar panel flashes do not gradually build to
    a peak brightness The initial flash at 03:05:47.90
    was every bit as bright as the peak brightness during
    the phase shift (about -1 mag).
