    Dear Seasaters,
    
    Breaking news is that the PSLV was launched successfully just
    now from SHAR, India. It carries 3 payloads
    - Technology Experiment Satellite (TES) of India (1108 kg)
    - PROBA (94kg) Belgium
    - BIRD (92kg) Germany.
    
    The TES and BIRD will be placed in 568 km sun-sync orbit and
    the third one - the PROBA - will be in elliptical orbit 568 x 638 km.
