2001-020B (#26771) Delta 2 RB

SPACECOM released very late yesterday (UTC)a FINAL REPORT -
prepared Oct 22, 20:56 UTC - and showed the decay on
     22 October, 08:47 UTC +/- 44 minutes (23.9°N, 75.2°E)
on a descending daylight pass over India.
My final analysis is identical with my preceding prediction:
     22 October, 08:23 UTC +/- 27 minutes (02.61°N, 340.42°E)
on a northbound pass over the Atlantic.
