    2001-048B (#26956) SOYUZ TM-33 3.Stage

    SPACECOM'S 2 HOURS BEFORE DECAY message - prepared Oct 22, 06:40 UTC
    predicts the decay on
        22 October, 09:08 UTC +/- 04 hours (11.7°S, 192.0°E)
on a descending pass over the Pacific.
    MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 01294.857... - 01295.101...
    the decay on
        22 October, 09:48 UTC +/- 44 minutes (01.77°S, 351.13°E)
on an ascending pass over the Atlantic.
Remark: Between the last ELSET (Epoch 02:26 UTC) and the decay
there was a magnetic storm with ap values around 50. This cause
of lot of uncertainty for the prediction. My hope is a "last"
ELSET nearer to the decay time....
