    You could also say that it was moving through the field-of-view in DIRection
    140 approximately (or 3:30 on the 'small hand' - the DIR angle is what
    QuickSat/HighFly use) instead of the more diffuse horizon target SSE, which
    requires a very large star map, or a good imagination.
    
    It was Molniya 3-50, 99036A, #25847.
