SPACECOM'S 6 HOURS BEFORE DECAY message - prepared Oct 31,12:37 UTC- 
shows the decay on

on an ascending pass over the Pacific.
MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 01304.277...- 012304.512...
the decay on

on the same pass also over the Pacific.
