NASA has revised its predicted Shuttle and ISS elements. The following are applicable following the separation burn on 2002 Oct 16
    at 14:46 UTC:

    1 27537U 02047A 02289.66262804 .00071000 00000-0 10050-3 0 9023
    2 27537 51.6394 162.8468 0024163 7.4058 352.7450 15.59394970 1402

    1 25544U 98067A 02289.91907963 .00020000 00000-0 26000-3 0 9011
    2 25544 51.6349 161.5609 0019472 10.4320 349.7236 15.58788361 23068

The following table states the number of seconds of time by which ISS would trail Shuttle:

    2002 Oct 16 17:56 UTC Western Europe 4 s
    2002 Oct 17 00:08 UTC Eastern N. America 14 s

The separation would not be much greater on subsequent N. American passes.

Observers should use the above elements to compute ephemerides for their location.

I intend to post the actual post-separation-burn elements soon after they are released.
