    Notes:

    (1) USA 136 rocket (#25035) running about 8 minutes late on latest
        elements

    (2) 99 750A is called UNKNOWN 990907 in CLASSFD.TLE. It would appear
that some prediction programs using the SGP4 model produce the
wrong prediction. However SKYMAP65, HIGHFLY23 and ORBITRON produce
correct predictions. GUIDE 8 does NOT ( nor does my own prediction
program so there is a bug somewhere :-((( )

    (3) Still to report tomorrow :

         Noss 2-2 triplet
         USA 160 rocket
         USA 160 and USA 160 (c)
GEOSAT FO ( spot on time anyway)
         DMSP B5D2-6
         DMSP B5D2-7

    Cheers
    Greg
