ascending over the South Atlantic.

MPM+REENTRY delivers with the ELSETs 02295.052... - 02295.443...
(SFX 175, ap 012) the decay on:
23.October, 00:06 UTC +/- 22 minutes (056.09°S. 303.85°E)
also northbound over the South Atlantic.

Plus / minus one rev of these decay times there is no crossing over North America.
