26958 PROBA visible with binoculars?

    As a new subscriber to this list I found myself surfing the esa website and
    finding the PROBA page.
    
    I wonder if anyone here has seen this microsatellite (26958, 01-049B)?  If
    so I would like to know the likely magnitude and whether it could be picked
    up with binoculars..
    
    As it weighs a mere 94kg and is 60cm x 60cm x 80 cm I guess it would be a
    challenge for even an experienced observer.
