AMC 15 geo sat launched

    Today ( Oct 14 ) 21:23 UTC a russian proton rocket lifted off with the american AMC 15 geo sat.
    
    This time the APT ( additional propellent tank )was ejected after the second burn of the breeze
    upper stage was completed. I's perigee is higher this time ( 890 km ). APT can make for a nice
    bright satellite.
    
    AMC 15 will be parked at 105 degrees West. So a new geo sat to observe.
