Notes:
~~~~~~~
(1) The first observation reported above is an amended position for that
of 96072A reported yesterday . Pierre spotted the error which resulted
from misidentifying the field since I only used two stars instead of
my normal three. Once again proves the advantage of video observations-
can always recheck measurements provided picked up before the video
tape is erased.
(2) Tony Beresford pointed out that if my unknown reported yesterday was in
a Molniya type orbit it should repeat its track and be a few minutes ( 6-8
minutes)
earlier each day. Last night was cloudy so I could not check this out
so Im hoping to track tonight. A cold front is predicted for tomorrow
night and the weekend.(I get plenty of cloud but little rain!)
(3) Can see summer is back in the southern hemisphere - lots of "unknown"
satellites spotted whilst tracking known satellites -unfortunately
I cant chase them all at the same time.
Cheers
Greg
