    What is UST time?
At 23:48 UTC Sun was still up, and at UTC-5 only very high,
    slow-movers would be visible.
Was it moving to the N, S, or more to the E ?
    How far in two minutes?

Jesse replied to my message about FSW-3 4 (28776, 05-27A), and
it appears that's what he saw and that he made a time conversion
error -- should have been 0:48-50 UTC.
