CCTV has an English language live web cast, currently providing pre-launch
coverage. 

Go to this page, and click on 'WATCH CCTV LIVE", at upper right of the window:

It appears that this site will provide the promised (rumoured?) live-coverage of
lift-off.

Web-transmission quality varies from excellent to poor.
