Martins the IOD format allows for reporting in Az/el, use format codes 4 ,5, 6 in column 46 . If you do want to convert, any planetarium programme which shows both Az/el and RA/Dec of mouse pointer will do, or you can look up the spherical trig formula and make a spread sheet do the work.
