I would like to announce an on-line version of SatFlash, a graphical front-end
    to the PPAS database.
    You can find it here:
(kunstmanen is Dutch for 'artificial satellites')
You can look up a satellite directly (entering cospar id or norad nr) or you
can browse a year of launch.
It is also possible to add new observations of flash periods.
The observations are listed in a table and also shown in a graph, in which it
is possible to zoom, and to determine the 'characteristic time' on a
    logarithmic scale.
I will add some new features in the near future such as a list of recently
added observations (added via the website) and maybe an automatic correction
    of double periods.
Also when adding observations, some (whitespace) characters are currently not
    allowed yet.
Your remarks and suggestions are very welcome
