Paul Maley has requested that I post his clarification: STEREO LAUNCH OBSERVATION CORRECTION Per Greg's comments, I obviously misconverted local time (8:54 Eastern Daylight Time) to UT. So, it was indeed 0054 UT. We have just reconverted back to Standard Time yesterday. This was indeed the STEREO launch and I apologize if I confused anyone. I keep changing time zones when I travel and after 8 trips in the past two months this is a consequence of that.
