    Hello everybody,
While observing the eastern half of the sky at UT 0924 I observed
1975-072B heading north about 45 degrees above the horizon. After it
faded below x1 visibility I noticed 2002-049A headed north on a similar
trajectory. I picked up my 10x50 binoculars to follow 2002-049A and saw
that it was rapidly gaining on 1975-072B. BANG! A direct hit! There was
no apparent separation between the two satellites when 2002-049A
overtook 1975-072B. Fortunately there was some difference in altitude
    : ).
