    I've spotted Centaur D AC-28 (72-003B; #5816) twice in the past few
nights, using 10x50 binoculars.  The first time it showed some variation
in its magnitude.  This morning (8 October) it was definitely tumbling.
There was a bright flash every two seconds, with the satellite almost
    invisible between the flashes.
