    ... has indeed maneuvered. I just saw it quite close (i.e. a couple of
    seconds of time)
    to predictions based on Ted's recent (epoch 10282.36902312 ) elements. In
    a pass
    low in the north, it passed close to HD140227, a 5.65 mag star near gamma
    UMi and
    it was about the same brightness.

    I'd like to see this object at much less than 2300km range and much
    higher than 20 degrees
