    AEHF 1 was ~21 s late, but on track, relative my epoch 10291.0349 elements. The difference appears
    to be due to a small error in the mean motion, not another manoeuvre.
    
    Kevin Fetter's UNID of 2010 Oct 19 UTC (10792A) was spotted easily, running ~178 s early and ~0.1
    deg low, relative my 11.5358 rev/d elements. Perigee must be well below 160 km.
