"Blazing" ISS

      Just a quick note to confirm Brad's "blazing" ISS observation.  I was
    checking the twilight sky here and decided not to set up the scope due to
    cloudy conditions and observed ISS passing 3.5 degrees below Vega.  Brightest that I have ever seen it at near -5.0.  Wow!
