Arnold, Actually, I think NOSS 3-5 A and B are indeed a much better fit. I was trying to find an object to match up with Cosmos 1607. Although what I saw seemed much brighter than the predicted +7.5 for the NOSS pair. I will say that when I saw the pair, the first thing I thought of was NOSS... Thanks for the tip.
