    Derek Breit rightly pointed out my previous posted video of ROSAT was 
    not displaying the time stamp correctly in the sense that one of the 
    subsecond time displays was missing.
    
    I changed the rendering format which seems to correct the problem and

    PS - If anyone else using an IOTA-VTI has had similar experiences
