Milstar 4 observed with GRAS scope

    Using one of the GRAS telescope located in Victoria Australia, I was able to observe milstar 4, which appeared as a bright streak since the scope follow's the star's.
    
    Info on where the scope is located
    
    S 38° 03’ E 145° 22’  Elevation: 73m (temporary location)
    
    Timezone = UTC +10:00 Victoria, Australia Daylight savings time is observed.
    
    No image to be displayed.
    
    It was within 2 degrees of mike's intergrated orbit for it.
    
    That's all wanted to know, it was still where it was, and not where the data found at

    Was saying it was located, ie 68 degrees West.
