    It has been 51 days since official or hobbyist TLEs have been issued. The official source is here:

    Updates by the official source seemed to become increasingly sporadic, so it may be that there is no longer
    need/interest/urgency in encouraging hobbyist observations.
    
    Hobbyists lost it after a period of invisibility (i.e. not in a visibility window). Of course, it might be located by
    means of a planar search, but before we consider that possibility, I recommend that someone contact the official source
    and request an update.
